Strategic Maintenance Solutions (SMS) is a reliability engineering consulting firm headquartered in Portland, Maine. It was founded by two graduates of Maine Maritime Academy's School of Engineering. Together they bring a combined 16 years of Enterprise Asset Management and Enterprise Resource Planning experience. It was their vision to bring sound engineering, operational, and maintenance experience to the normally IT driven world of EAM and ERP implementations. This approach has proven itself extremely successful, improving maintenance efficiency, equipment reliability, and cost tracking to our client's sites throughout North America.
